Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads promptly to assess case viability, uncover client pain points, and determine fit for cancellation services.
- Deliver clear, empathetic overviews to set realistic expectations and establish trust.
- Coordinate and book formal consultation appointments between qualified prospects and Vice Presidents.
- Maintain meticulous, real-time records of client interactions, lead statuses, and key case details within Salesforce.
- Meet or exceed regular activity benchmarks, qualification metrics, and scheduled consultation goals.
- Partner with the broader sales operations team on targeted outreach initiatives and ad-hoc projects as business priorities evolve.
