We are seeking a Full-Time Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Technician to join our team in Gravette, AR. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of hardware and software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix issues with a variety of computer-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.
• Warranty & Maintenance: Follow customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements.
• Inventory & Testing: Keep accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases to meet both company and customer expectations.
• Safety & ESD Compliance: Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
• Communication & Logistics: Communicate clearly with your Supervisor about equipment needs. Assist in moving, sorting, and loading/unloading goods up to 50 lbs.
• General Duties: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and carry out other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Operating System (Windows) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment effectively.
• Equipment: Pallet jack experience is a plus.
