We are seeking a part-time HR Administrative Assistant (15–20 hours/week), with an appreciation for flexible but fixed scheduling framework, to provide administrative and operational support at our Marshfield location. We invite qualified candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, and who bring a strong work ethic, with a commitment to high standards. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the Human Resources Department, working directly with the HR Manager Recruitment Team and Management Team.
- Serve as the onsite HR contact for Human Resources, employees, and supervisors
- Distribute employee notices throughout the plants as needed
- Welcome new employees, coordinate and assist with new-hire paperwork
- Assist with company functions or celebrations. (i.e., employee appreciation, holiday parties).
- Employee Communication both written and orally to answer routine questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Route complex issues to HR Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous administrative, or internship experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills proficient in various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Organized with attention to details
- Strong time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude!
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or College beneficial but not required
