Quadel Consulting has been a leading national expert in public housing since 1975, working with local agencies to improve or administer Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, HUD-subsidized multifamily housing programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, disaster recovery housing services and more.

More than 2,000 affordable housing professionals attend Quadel trainings, certifications and custom courses every year. Our proprietary web-based quality and performance management system, QualCheck, has proven an effective tool providing consistent, reliable and objective quality-control monitoring and reporting for HCV and public housing programs.

Quadel’s employees work from offices in Maryland, Indiana, North Carolina, Arizona, and Tennessee, with remote staff based in nearly every state to support clients nationwide from Denver to Dallas, from Chicago to Atlanta. All of our senior executive leaders have served as housing managers at the local level. ensuring our guidance is both practical and rooted in real-world expertise.
