Puzzle Pieces is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice supporting children from birth through age 12 and their families through mental health therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, feeding services, groups, and consultation.

Our team takes a developmental, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to care. Mental health clinicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists work collaboratively to understand the whole child and provide individualized, family-centered support.

As a DIRFloortime®-accredited clinic, relationship and connection are at the heart of our work. We believe meaningful progress happens when children feel safe, understood, and supported - and when families are active partners in the process.

In addition to clinical services, Puzzle Pieces partners with schools, childcare programs, and community organizations through consultation, professional development, and parent education.
