**LEAD CARPENTER – RESIDENTIAL REMODELING**
Pure Renovations is a residential remodeling company serving the Colorado Springs area. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter with at least 5 years of residential remodeling experience and proven experience leading projects and team members.
Our projects include kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, additions, and general whole home renovations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands remodeling from start to finish, can lead a small crew, and is willing to work alongside the team in the field.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The ideal candidate should have strong general knowledge of residential remodeling, including:
Structural framing Rough and finish carpentry molding and trim installation, hanging doors, cabinet installation Drywall and texture Painting Tile and stone installation Flooring installation including LVP and tile.
We do not expect one person to be an expert in every trade, but the Lead Carpenter must understand proper construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards.
This position is responsible for organizing and directing daily jobsite activities, assigning work to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects remain productive and organized. The Lead Carpenter will work directly with employees in the field, provide training and constructive feedback, identify and resolve jobsite problems, and help keep projects moving according to schedule.
The Lead Carpenter is also responsible for maintaining Pure Renovations' workmanship and jobsite standards, ensuring work is completed correctly and efficiently, and keeping jobsites clean, safe, and professional.
This position REQUIRES the ability to review project plans and drawings, identify potential construction issues, communicate concerns to management, and help develop practical solutions.
The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and other Pure Renovations team members. Because we work inside our customers' homes, professionalism, cleanliness, reliability, and respect for the homeowner and their property are extremely important.
This position will also assist with improving field procedures, training employees, managing labor and material efficiency, maintaining company policies and procedures, and helping Pure Renovations continually improve the way our projects are completed.

We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team and can both provide and receive constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple employees and jobsite priorities.
Candidates must be able to think critically, solve problems in the field, understand residential construction sequencing, and interpret project plans and blueprints. The position requires regular travel to jobsites throughout the Colorado Springs area.
A valid driver's license and safe driving record are REQUIRED. Candidates must also be capable of safely pulling a trailer when necessary.
