Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of plant operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding customer service while achieving financial and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing multiple departments, leading through accountability, and creating a culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant departments to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
- Drive achievement of revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer service goals.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing managers and employees.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational and financial performance using key performance indicators.
- Manage budgets and oversee cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Partner with Regional and Corporate Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, plant management, industrial laundry, distribution, logistics, or a related service environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing financial performance and P&L responsibilities strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
