Swedish Edmonds seeks Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, direct and administer medically prescribed speech/language pathology programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Participate in department Performance Improvement, Infection Control, Safety and Education programs.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Speech Language or Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or closely related field · Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license · 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist · 1 year of hospital-wide experience delivering therapy to patients with speech, language, and cognitive communication disorders and dysphagia. · 1 year of diagnostic experience with MBS procedures
Rate of Pay: $53.61 - $81.73 per hour
