What Youll Do - Perform drywall patching and minor wall repairs - Interior and exterior painting and preparation work - Minor carpentry and trim repairs - Repair and adjust doors, handles, hinges and hardware - Install shelves, curtain rods, pictures, mirrors and similar household items - Mount TVs and other wall-mounted items where appropriate - Assemble furniture and household equipment - Perform minor flooring repairs and maintenance - Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs - Inspect work areas and identify additional maintenance concerns - Protect customers property and leave work areas clean and tidy - Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition - Follow customer instructions, Pronto360 work standards and all applicable safety procedures - Report damage, hazards or work outside the approved scope before proceeding Important Licensing Requirement Work that requires a contractor license, permit or licensed trade will not be assigned to unlicensed personnel and will instead be coordinated appropriately. What Were Looking For - Approximately 12+ years of handyman, maintenance, construction or similar practical experience preferred - Broad practical skills across basic repairs, painting, drywall, carpentry and property maintenance - Reliable transportation - Own basic hand tools preferred - Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day - Comfortable working indoors and outdoors - Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship - Dependable, punctual and able to work independently - Good communication and customer-service skills - References required - Employment subject to applicable background-screening requirements - Willingness to follow company safety and service-documentation policies, including use of company-approved body-worn cameras where required Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
