About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Programming Technician with strong programming expertise in MAHR Surface and CMM systems. This role is critical to ensuring the precision and reliability of our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the ability to translate technical drawings into accurate CMM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate MAHR Surface and CMM equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints to set gages accordingly.
- Develop and validate CMM programs based on blueprint specifications.
- Perform gage calibration and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work with auto gages and maintain their operational integrity.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve measurement issues quickly and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with MAHR Surface and CMM programming.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- Strong understanding of gage setting and calibration.
- Experience working with auto gages.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Formal training or certification in quality systems.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
