ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is currently seeking detail oriented, eager and positive machine operators with a hunger for a fast-paced environment and desire for continued learning and growth here at our Auburn, WA facility.
We are hiring experienced machine operators for our Extrusion, Converting and Printing Press departments.
🔹 Printing Press Operators – Set up and operate printing presses while ensuring print quality and safety standards.
🔹 Converting Operators – Operate bag-making machines, perform roll changes, and ensure quality finished products.
🔹 Extrusion Operators – Operate and monitor blown film extrusion equipment to produce quality film products.

- Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform roll changes, assist with machine changeovers, and support equipment cleaning.
- Identify and report quality issues or equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow production specifications, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Wage Range: $25.35-27.05 $1.50 night shift differential.
Outstanding 2-2-3 Schedule gives you MORE Days off
- Full Time
- 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 schedule
- Day and night shifts available (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
