Job Title: Picker / Processor Department: Shipping & Receiving 1st shift - 7am-3:30pm Pay - $18.50 per hour Located in Milford, OH
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cherry picker order picker to pull, package, and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.
- Utilize computers, RF scanners, and handheld tablets to process shipments, manage orders, and update inventory systems in real time.
- Assist the warehouse team with routine cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Comfort working at elevated heights while operating a cherry picker.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience operating cherry pickers
- Proficiency with basic computer navigation, RF scanners, and tablet interfaces.
- High accuracy rate in picking and inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.
