Responsibilities: - Body Prep: Prepare bodies for installation. - Installation: Install various parts and components as required. - Wiring: Perform wiring on components prior to body installation on the truck. - Teamwork: Collaborate with the shop team to maintain workflow and meet production goals. Requirements: - Tool Requirement: Must furnish your own personal hand tools. - Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running. - Attitude: Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and earn advancement. - Mechanical Aptitude: A basic understanding of mechanics is desired; we prioritize a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience. - Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Light Duty Diesel Mechanic.
