Job Description: CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for a full-time, bilingual Sales Rep & Repair Tech to join our brand new Saugus location. We\'re a locally owned, five-location operation across New England and Saugus is our newest store with serious room to grow. This is a ground-floor opportunity. Position: Bilingual Sales Representative & Repair Technician Location: Saugus, MA Schedule: Full-time, 36-42 hours/week Compensation: \$23-\$28/hr average total earnings (base hourly + commission + bonuses + incentives) Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish and English required What You\'ll Do: Customer Service & Sales: Greet walk-in customers in English and Spanish and make them feel at home Educate customers on repair options, pricing, accessories, and upgrades Upsell screen protectors, cases, and refurbished devices Build real relationships with the local community Device Repair & Diagnostics: Diagnose and complete repairs on phones, tablets, and more: full training provided Handle screen replacements, battery swaps, and beyond Test all devices before and after every repair Stay curious and keep learning Daily Operations: Manage inventory, restock parts, and keep the store running sharp Handle calls, texts, and emails to get customers booked in Work with your team toward daily sales goals and a smooth workflow Why Join CPR Saugus?
