General Labor
Starting at $17.50
The General Labor position supports daily production operations by receiving, prepping, and processing produce, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant facility. This role ensures food safety and sanitation standards are upheld in accordance with Pressed Juicery and regulatory agency requirements.
Machine Operator
Starting at $19
The Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors assigned production or HPP machinery, performing routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to keep the line running safely and efficiently while producing quality product.
Forklift Driver
Starting at $19
The Forklift Operator safely operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage product and materials within the warehouse, supporting accurate, on-time order fulfillment and inventory flow. This role must meet all company and regulatory agency standards and follow all safety policies and procedures in production.
Production Lead
Starting at $26
The Production Lead plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production operations at Pressed Juicery. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting a positive work environment. The Production Lead ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, while also leading, training, and supporting production staff.
Supervisor
Starting at $31
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. They also ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while supporting team development through training and mentorship.
QA Tech
Starting at $19
The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician is responsible for executing daily quality and food safety checks within the production facility to ensure compliance with company standards, HACCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality assurance programs by performing inspections, monitoring processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all products meet Pressed Juicery quality and safety standards.
Maintenance Mechanic
Starting at $34
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for industrial equipment repairs, adjustments, diagnosing and repairing problems with all equipment including conveyors, packaging lines, HVAC, mixers, blenders, pumps, and work on improvement projects. Additionally, they will perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure the product produced is of the highest quality and safe.
