Premier Performance LLC helps high performers unlock their next level personally, professionally, and athletically. Founded by a Licensed Clinical Therapist and former college football player, we specialize in blending clinical insight with high-performance strategies to fuel leadership, mental resilience, and peak execution.

We work with leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, and driven individuals who want more than surface-level success, they want to sustain it, grow it, and feel aligned while doing it. Our services include: • Performance Coaching for executives, business professionals, athletes and entrepreneurs • Therapy Services grounded in evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and EMDR • Workshops designed to build resilient teams and unlock group potential • Podcasting & Public Speaking events that bridges mindset, wellness, and elite performance

We believe greatness is internal first. By helping clients master their mindset, sharpen their decision-making, and increase their emotional bandwidth, we create the space where high performance becomes repeatable.

Whether you’re scaling a business, leading a team, training for a championship, or simply ready to live at your fullest potential, Premier Performance exists to help you get there.
