Job duties include:
- Assist project and development teams with SDLC activities including configuration, and testing following established procedures.
- Support data preparation, loading, and validation tasks using standard tools, including Veeva Vault Loader and APIs, with basic scripting support in Python as needed.
- Execute predefined test cases, document results, and assist with tracking and resolving routine issues.
- Update and maintain technical and process documentation, including templates, work instructions, and reports.
- Track tasks and project activities using standard project management tools like Jira and collaborate with team members on assigned work.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to support system operations and process improvements under the guidance of the team lead.
Requirements: Master's degree in CS, IT, or closely related.
Salary ranges between $153,358.00 to $155,000.00/year.
