We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Assistant to help drive product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing operations. What You'll Do As a QC Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our quality systems and helping maintain the highest standards of product safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and tests following established procedures.
- Accurately record inspection and test results.
- Identify and report products, materials, or processes that do not meet specifications and assist with root cause analysis.
- Use basic measuring and inspection equipment.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
- Support the production and quality teams in routine activities.
- Generate Certificates of Analysis and maintain quality records
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout the facility
- Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Process customer returns and support rework activities when needed
- Maintain quality hold areas, retain samples, supplier documentation, and laboratory equipment
What We're Looking For Skills
- Understand the quality check process in each of our production areas
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Ability to read PLS and Artwork specifications, and work Instructions.
- Basic proficiency with measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Basic communication and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of previous quality experience or 2 years of work experience as an operator in production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools is a plus
