Responsibilities Support Services (60-70%) Provide technical assistance to end users, vendors, and business groups as required; monitoring Tier 2 incident queue and escalating to Tier 3 when needed. Develop, maintain, and support many reports using MSSQL Reporting Services, Power BI and other toolsets. Manage multiple reporting requests in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment. Analyze, evaluate and interpret data from key business systems. Responsible for maintaining regularly scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal/external customers. Ability to react to change quickly and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Assists users, business analysts, and vendors in troubleshooting business service problems and data inconsistency. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks. Provide process automation support, gathering requirements, and promote requests to Tier 3 for development when ready. Implementation Services (20-30%) Develop, model, and design data architecture solutions, integration, and access in collaboration with engineers, admins and other IT groups. Work with business analysts and data consumers to translate business requirements into data design. Work independently on moderate to complex projects serving as lead as well as working within a team environment throughout project implementation.
