About the Registered Nurse RN Role:
As a Registered Nurse RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Providing wound care, ostomy care, and other specialized care as needed
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other team members
- Educating patients and their families on treatment options, medication management, and other healthcare-related topics
- Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records

Registered Nurse RN Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Georgia GA
