Responsibilities
- Assist with serving meals in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen areas
- Assist the cook with meal preparation
- Serve food trays to resident rooms and dining areas
- Transport used trays and dishes to the dishwashing area
- Follow established food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dietary environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
