Description
The Analytical Scientist I in the Analytical Team is responsible for independently performing routine and advanced analytical testing to support the development of particulate-based drug delivery systems. Strong liquid chromatography (LC) expertise is required for this role, and this hire is intended to add an additional LC expert to the Analytical Team. This role involves conducting advanced analyses using LC (e.g., HPLC/UPLC) and CE for nucleic acid, API, and lipids, as well as dissolution/in vitro release testing. The Analytical Scientist I will assist in method development and qualification activities (with an emphasis on LC methods), provide instrument training for junior staff, and participate in analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting. The Analytical Scientist will work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments to support multiple projects in parallel, ensuring the timely and organized completion of project objectives.
