About Phase 3 Marketing & Communications:
Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is an integrated marketing services company providing solutions from ideation to execution. Our mission is to simplify life for marketers by delivering the most-needed marketing services in-house, under one roof. A certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Corporate Plus® member, Phase 3 has offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, and the New York City metropolitan area. Since its founding in 2001, Phase 3 has been recognized as a top company by Inc. 5000, Printing Impressions, Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Nashville Business Journal.
PHASE 3 is currently seeking a junior to mid-level PHP Application Developer to join our Atlanta team.
For PHP Application Developers with a few years of hands-on development experience and proven skills, this is a great opportunity to work on a wide array of leading-edge technology projects.
Join an innovative company and accelerate your career within a supportive and fast-growing development team. You’ll also closely collaborate with your team members to generate state-of-the-art systems that help drive Phase 3’s innovations as well as build sophisticated systems for our clients. The types of projects you will be exposed to are highly interactive, web-based applications as opposed to the typical brochure-ware websites.
We are looking for a PHP Application Developer with experience with front-end technologies, such as Javascript and CSS, as well as backend technologies, such as interactions with MySQL databases, external APIs, etc. This is not a position for a Wordpress developer but is more geared towards an application developer who enjoys building custom code. Candidates must be knowledgeable in current best practices for web architecture, responsive design, UI/UX, provide relevant work samples, and be familiar and comfortable with standard development processes and methodologies in relation to PHP application development.
Ideal candidates will possess a willingness to learn, a constant drive to improve their skills and techniques, and the ability to collaborate with and support team members from various disciplines-this position has the potential to grow in many exciting ways. In this role, team cohesiveness and chemistry as well as shared values are just as important as having the right skills, experience, and demonstrated results. Our clients, who range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, look to us to lead the way on emerging media technologies and to deliver exceptional digital work.
The PHP Application Developer reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Systems Engineering at Phase 3. This is an in-office position in the Atlanta office. Candidate must be available for in-person interviews.
