What do you get to do in this position?
· Ensure a continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
· Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order Scheduling.
· Monitor and improve supplier performance through established KPIs.
· Work with suppliers on late orders, confirmation details, etc.
· Take daily action regarding Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalate when issues are repeated.

· At least 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain is preferred.
· Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
· Proficient in using computers with knowledge of Microsoft suite applications (Specifically Outlook & Excel).
· Strong drive and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently with good time management and organizational skills. Strong relationship-building and collaborative management skills.
· Strong negotiation skills are a plus.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
