PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING GROUP, INC.

Performance Contracting Inc. (PCI) is one of the leading specialty contractors in the United States. We provide more than 25 quality services and products to the industrial, commercial, and non-residential markets – from complex interior build-out services to large-scale insulation systems and scaffolding. This allows PCI to offer our customers diverse but related services, making PCI a true "single-source" contractor for many customers.

We are proud to say that our selective hiring process and active recruiting methods have produced an incredible team of overachievers. We now employ more than 8,900 people across the U.S.

Ranked by ENR Magazine, as of November 2024: #1 – Top Wall and Ceiling Contractors in the U.S. #12 – Top Specialty Contractors in the U.S. #8 – Top Asbestos Abatement Contractors in the U.S.

PCI is the largest subsidiary of Performance Contracting Group (PCG). PCG was formed in February 1987 when the 40-year-old contracting division was purchased from Owens Corning Fiberglas by several existing employees. Since then, PCG's reputation for "providing value that exceeds customers’ expectations" has warranted our significant growth. PCG is employee-owned and has 60+ offices throughout the United States.
