Housekeeper Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards
- Restock linens, supplies, and amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and services
- Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies or issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facility's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
