• Patient Care: Assisting Physical Therapists with the implementation of treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing hands-on therapy interventions.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the therapy team to develop and update patient care plans, and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on therapy techniques, exercises, and home programs to promote independence and prevent future complications.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and patient interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or related field (n/a)
• Experience: (n/a) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant or related field
