PEA Group

At first glance, PEA Group is a collective of engineers, surveyors, and landscape architects. But you are invited to see more. We are contributors, creative thinkers, artists, mentors, and teachers - working collectively to revitalize our communities. We are focused on making a human impact in everything we do. We encourage our employees to grow. To become their best selves by aligning unique, company-supported opportunities with individual passions.

As an organization, we work together to promote an engaging culture with both our coworkers and our clients. We value the experience and perspective of every employee - and we provide our team with the resources to grow and innovate. The atmosphere at PEA Group is one of encouragement, creativity, and collaboration. Our perks are designed to inspire balance and ignite individual passions. From in-house training to fitness reimbursements and flexible work arrangements, we make sure that every team member is set up to thrive.
