We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at several different locations. What We Offer: - Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after successful completion of training. Position Availability: - Part-time and Full-time positions available for PM and MID shifts (4p-12a and 12a-8a). Key Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting. - Assist with meal preparation, serving, and overall dining support. - Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines. - Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.
