About the Role:
At Parklands Care Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
