Job Summary Supervises custodial employees in various locations throughout the base. Works closely with building monitors at assigned locations to ensure good rapport with customer and provide feedback to Operations leadership. Primary Duties The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. * Performs supervisory tasks at assigned base to include, but not limited to; establishing work standards, work schedules, attendance of employees, quality assurance checks, and provides training and arranges transportation of employees to work sites. * Coordinates with Rehab to provide supports for employees who are lacking in skills or need additional training. * Performs annual performance evaluations to include any disciplinary action/corrections. * Responsible for maintaining and executing the goals and objectives of the HAFB contract requirements. * Manage functions in relation to employees time and attendance. Additional Responsibilities * Handles worker compensation according to internal procedures, including documentation of the incident, arranging transportation of the employee to medical facility for treatment. * Establishes and maintains effective working relationships. * Report any customer concerns to Project Manager. * Attend weekly meetings as assigned. * Participates in the ordering of custodial toiletries, chemicals and equipment. * Conducts frequent training on job duties, proper chemical handling, equipment usage and maintenance. * Maintains detailed records of work performed and completed. * Provides input to leadership in constructing work routes of daily tasks for employees. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s) * High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) required. * Two years of previous experience working as a PARC custodian is preferred. * One year previous related supervisory experience required. * Prior experience working with adults with disabilities preferred. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. * Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR). * Pass and maintain HAFB background security clearance.
