Position summary The IT Support Specialist is Paragon's hands-on technology generalist. You are the first stop for staff who need help, the person who sets up (and retires) every device and account, and the first responder when something looks like a security problem. You will work across Google Workspace, Windows and Chromebook devices, mobile phones, VoIP, and office networks at multiple sites, with the CTO as your escalation point. The role is remote-first, with 1–2 days a week in our Lakewood office to handle laptops and phones as staff join and leave. This is a great fit for someone with a couple of years of help-desk experience who wants broader ownership than a Tier 1 queue.
