Coordinate architectural design and construction projects through all phases (SS, DD, CD). Manage BIM documentation using Autodesk Revit and BIM 360. Prepare construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models in coordination with engineers and consultants. Participate in design and redline review meetings. Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve design/site-related issues. Track project schedules and deliverables. Research materials and products for suitability and performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary consultants to maintain design intent.
