Pamarco is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead safety, people, production, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement at our Roselle manufacturing facility.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily manufacturing and service operations while meeting production, quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
· Plan production schedules, capacity, labor, equipment, materials, inventory, and shipping priorities.
· Champion EH&S compliance, safety training, audits, incident investigations, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, PPE, and hazardous-material controls.
· Drive Lean continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, standard work, visual management, and root cause analysis.
· Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machine shop and facility equipment.
· Coach and develop supervisors, production employees, and maintenance personnel; manage plant KPIs and operating performance.
What You Bring
· 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in plant, operations, production, or manufacturing leadership.
· Hands-on experience with machine shop operations, manual lathes, grinders, welding equipment, and industrial maintenance.
· Strong knowledge of production scheduling, EH&S, equipment reliability, quality, inventory, and continuous improvement.
· Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus.
· Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, precision machining, roll manufacturing, coating, engraving, printing, or converting experience is desirable.
