Destination Nissan is looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Estimator to join our team!Responsibilities: * Write accurate and timely estimates for collision repairs. * Coordinate with insurance carriers/adjusters. * Communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction. * Work collaboratively with our team of technicians to ensure high-quality repairs. * Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Stay up-to-date with the latest repair methods and technologies. * Prepares final billing for completed repair orders. * Check in inventory and organizes inventory and supplies needed for vehicle repairs. * Controls account receivables for body repair work.Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience writing estimates in a body shop * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Valid New York state adjusters /appraiser license * Experience with Automotive Estimating Software Platforms * Insurance claims processing experience * Rome Collision Management Software Experience is a plus! * May need to be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts * Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
