- Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly What We’re Looking For
