Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility's common areas and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues
