Your Impact Host the Experience: Greet every guest with genuine warmth, ensuring their first impression is the highlight of their day. Pay attention to customer details and documenting likes, dislikes and other details that will create a VIP experience. Consult & Educate: Become an expert on cutting-edge therapies like Cryotherapy, Red Light, and IV drips to recommend personalized self-care routines. Educate the customer by providing studio tours while outlining the benefits of each service. Drive Growth: Use your consultative sales skills to turn curious first-timers into dedicated, long-term members. Operations Excellence: Seamlessly handle scheduling, phone inquiries, and POS transactions with high attention to detail. Familiarize yourself with the customers itinerary to ensure a warm transition from service to service. Maintain the Sanctuary: Keep our studio pristine, ensuring every room is a calming, high-end environment for our guests.
Who You Are A Natural Connector: You have 6+ months of experience in high-end retail, fitness, or hospitality. Wellness Enthusiast: You live and breathe health and are eager to share that passion with others. Sales-Driven: You enjoy the "win" of a sale but prioritize the member's needs above all else. Adaptable: You are tech-savvy and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

The Fine Print
- Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and crouch during shifts
- Ability to use handheld and computer devices, including online tools
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move items up to 30 pounds each
- Capable of being on your feet up to 8 hours a day while cleaning rooms and greeting customers in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation for I-9 verification within 3 days of start date.
