P1 Construction, LLC

P1 is built to bring trusted partnerships, facilities, and the communities we serve to life. Our roots date back to 1919 when we began as a family-owned contractor in Kansas City. P1 has since grown to be one of the nation’s premier mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millwright, and architectural metal specialty subcontractors, with over 1,000 employees and seven offices. P1 is committed to being the preferred, single-source provider of building system solutions and a recognized leader in the industry.

The P1 Construction resume includes an impressive list of large, high-profile projects with owners who are leaders in their industries and markets. Our distinguished reputation of providing outstanding project leadership, preconstruction support, and single-source capabilities on our projects is demonstrated by our continued relationship with the owners, construction managers, architects, and engineers who become our trusted partners.

SAFETY FIRST Safety is not a priority at P1. It's a CORE VALUE. Safety is an integral part of the P1 company culture. With investments in the program and employees who take pride in doing work the right way, P1 is one of the safest contractors in the nation. The company's numerous safety awards and membership in the Build Safe Partnership Program help illustrate P1's commitment to safety.
