CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Answer call lights promptly
- Support safe transfers and mobility
- Take and document vital signs
- Collaborate with nurses and therapy staff
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (valid in Washington State)
- Dependable attendance
- Long-term care experience preferred, not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
