Orchard Village is looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. A DSP helps clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you can make a profound impact on someone\'s life. Pay rate: \$23.10/hr.
These positions have a varied weekly schedule and do not have a specific house assignment; instead s/he will be assigned where most needed.
All applicants must have:
\~ a driver\'s license with a clean driving record
\~ a high school diploma, GED, or evaluated foreign degree
\~ a clear criminal background (or DPH waiver)
\~ no lifting restrictions
\~ Must be flexible and have reliable transportation
\~ Must be a DSP on the Healthcare Worker Registry
\~ Open shift availability required
\~ Overtime available
