- OnDemand Staffing is reopening its Orlando operation and is actively recruiting 30-60 General Labor-Construction Cleanup Personnel to support construction and roadway projects throughout Orange County and the surrounding area.
- These positions offer approximately 40+ hours per week, with day shift opportunities starting at $16.00/hour and overnight shifts at $17.50/hour.
- Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, following safety procedures, and maintaining focus in active construction environments.
- OnDemand Staffing is a second-chance employer and does not currently require criminal background checks or drug screening for these positions.
- New hires will attend a required 4-hour certification class that is unpaid, but participants retain their industry certification upon completion.

Main Responsibilities
- Clean up construction sites.
- Wheel or carry debris to designated disposal areas.
- Perform general labor duties at construction sites.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to kneel, push, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks without assistance.
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not required.
- Phone use and listening to music with earbuds are strictly prohibited to maintain focus and safety.
- Able to lift 45-60 pounds repeatedly and without assistance.
