Prepare cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project specifications and construction documents to determine scope of work and quantity of materials. Develop contingency budgets and risk allowances. Develop pre-project budgets and conduct feasibility analysis. Review and evaluate sub-contractor and supplier proposals.
