Position Overview:
Were seeking a highly self-motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and take full ownership of our facility maintenance. Youll be the driving force behind keeping our cutting-edge facility operating at peak performance and maximizing our professional image in an environment where precision is everything.
Key Responsibilities:
General Repairs: fix leaks, patch drywall, paint, repair doors or locks
System Upkeep: maintain HVAC filters, clear drains, replace light bulbs
Vendor Coordination: meet and oversee outside contractors for larger jobs
Communicate clearly with leadership and vendors to resolve issues and plan
Lead yourselfthis is a self-directed role that requires initiative, accountability, and discipline
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in manufacturing environment maintenance (3-5 years preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hvac and general construction
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities independently
A continuous improvement mindsetalways looking for ways to do it better, safer, and smarter
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
