What You’ll Do:
✔ Global Compensation Program Design – develop program designs across regions that align with business goals & objectives.✔ Lead Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking – ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry ✔ Lead Year-End Compensation Processes – ensuring merit and bonus guidelines are followed and implemented ✔ Drive Pay Equity & Compliance – implement tools and initiatives to ensure fair, equitable pay. Summarize findings for leadership and lead compliance oversight.✔ Partner with Finance team - partner on incentive calculation, annual budgets and accrual reporting✔ Provide Insights & Reporting – Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring:
🔹 7+ years of compensation experience, with a focus on global programs.
- Deep expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, and design
🔹 Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel & reporting skills.🔹 Ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights.🔹 Experience collaborating across multiple geographies.🔹 CCP certification & experience with Cornerstone are a plus!
