We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations, Supply Chain team! Job Summary Primarily responsible for picking, staging and shipping orders as well as properly moving inventory from location to location inter and intra Warehouses 1,2,3,4, & 5.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Able to work in a cross-functional environment communicating with multiple teams.
- Travel is required between Warehouse 1,2,3, 4 & 5.
- Operates pallet jack and forklift equipment.
- Pick, pack, ship orders for shipment using the handheld device.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow SOPs.
- Clearly communicates any issues with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Responsible for order and inventory placement accuracy.
- Perform any other task related to Supply Chain.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends and overtime when required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in inventory handling, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse safety practices.
- Takes initiative, reliable and organized with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Team player who communicates effectively and adapts to changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Ability to be flexible when needed.
- Strong reading, writing and math skills.
Working Conditions (Physical, Environment & Schedule Expectations)
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or listen to others.
- Required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift.
- Active warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Exposure to fluctuating temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
- Safety gear (PPE) required.
- Must follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Full-time position with potential overtime or shift rotation based on shipping and receiving demands.
