We stand ready to serve the needs of the American automotive industry. We are looking to add an Inside Sales Associate to our team in Sunbury, OH. This person will prepare and coordinate orders and forecast orders with both the sales team and warehouse department. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated with advanced skills in multitasking and relationship building. This is a faced paced position that requires attention to detail and conflict resolution. Call center experience is beneficial. What You Need to Succeed : · Six to twelve months of experience in customer service or call center environment, a technical or industrial field preferred. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. · Comfortable with direct customer contact, conflict resolution, multitasking. · Accuracy in order entry process. · Inte
