Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 Location
This position will be based in our North America Regional Headquarters in Richmond, VA or in our Boise, ID office. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model, with at least three days per week spent in the office.
Role Summary
The Regional Process Management Analyst in ONE North America’s Corporate and Innovation team will work side by side with management, various departments, and team members to plan, enhance and execute numerous initiatives to increase business velocity, output, and quality. As ONE leverages its technology resources globally, the analyst will be focused on the North America company, work with the key business, process, and technology teams within the region. Specific duties include research/discovery of business needs, planning solutions, writing analysis and presenting ideas, assisting with Change Management, participating with staff coaching and training, and other related documentation and support.
Additional Responsibilities
• Collaborate in the discovery, assessment, and development of strategic business solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Design and optimize business and administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to align objectives and coordinate project delivery.
• Drive productive meetings through effective agenda planning, active facilitation, and detailed action-item tracking.
• Develop data-driven analyses and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth organizational transitions and promote user adoption.
• Plan, execute, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of proposed solutions.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify gaps and recommend actionable, continuous improvements.
• Execute varied project management and administrative tasks to support overarching team goals.

- Experience with diagramming and workflow tools
- Experience working in dynamic (flexible) technology teams with a range of skills and competencies
Required Minimum Years Experience
3+ related experience preferred
Industry Knowledge: Preferably has a background in logistics and/or international business
Required Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
