- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and business stakeholders to define test scope, ensure comprehensive system requirements coverage, and align automation strategy with product goals.
- Act as a primary mentor, actively coaching team members on advanced automation principles, architecture, and coding excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of test automation code and architectural patterns to enforce coding standards, optimization, and cross-team reusability.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to automation and development teams for speeding up troubleshooting and resolving complex production defects and incidents.
- Define and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of the overall Test Automation strategy.
- Develop advanced monitoring and reporting mechanisms for test results, prioritizing high-impact defects and leading root cause analysis for systemic issues.
