About the Role\ Nu-Wave Innovations is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects in the field. This person will own day-to-day project execution scheduling, manpower, materials, and keeping crews productive and clear on their work.
Responsibilities
Manage electrical projects from mobilization through completion
Build and maintain project schedules; adjust labor and sequencing as needed
Plan, assign, and oversee project manpower across jobs
Coordinate project supplies and materials so crews have what they need on site
Direct field employees and keep crews on task with clear daily expectations
Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on commercial/industrial work
Communicate with project managers, ownership, general contractors, and trades
Identify issues early and drive solutions without delaying the schedule
Maintain accurate field documentation (daily reports, manpower, material needs)
